What are the wiring methods of the external conduits of the frequency conversion cabinet?

Considering that the wiring outside the frequency conversion cabinet is generally conducted by conduit, it is required to have a place suitable for certain mechanical pressure and not suitable for mechanical damage, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant. Wire conduit includes the following two wiring modes:

Metal hose wiring: Metal hose wiring is applicable to the connection between various electrical appliances or equipment belonging to the production machinery and equipment itself. The specification of the hose is determined according to the total section of the conductor passing through the pipe, and there are connectors at both ends of the hose to ensure the connection; During laying, the middle part shall be fixed with proper pipe clamp; Do not use damaged or defective hoses.

Iron pipe wiring: pay attention to the following items for iron pipe wiring.

The model and diameter of the iron pipe shall be selected according to the use occasion, the cross-sectional area of the wire and the number of wires, and 40% of the space shall be reserved in the pipe.

When laying the conduit, try to keep the distance as short as possible and minimize the bending. When bending is necessary, the bending radius shall be 4~6 times larger than the pipe diameter. There shall be no cracks after bending. When the pipeline is out of the ground, the height from the ground shall be more than 0.2m

Conductors of the same voltage level or circuit can be threaded in the same conduit. The conductors in the conduit are not allowed to have joints, nor are they allowed to have conductors repaired after insulation damage.

When laying the conduit, remove the sundries and moisture in the conduit first; The line pipe laid in the tooling shall be horizontal and vertical, and can be supported by pipe clamp if necessary. When threading the wire pipe, the wire with diameter of 1.2 mm can be used as the lead.

The iron wire shall have reliable grounding and neutral protection.
